2. Description of Service
PartyStreak is a free web application for tracking offline habits. No account required. Data stored locally in your browser.
3. Use License
We grant a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to use PartyStreak.
You must not: reverse engineer, redistribute, use for illegal purposes, attempt to access other users' data.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
Service provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose.
5. Limitation of Liability
PartyStreak is not liable for: data loss (use CSV export to back up regularly), indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits or data.
6. Your Data
You are responsible for your data. We recommend regular CSV exports. Clearing browser storage deletes your data permanently. See Privacy Policy at /privacy.
7. Changes to Service
We may modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy and the European Union.
